Meet The Artist
It is the primal nature of clay that draws me to ceramic art. Earth, fire and water combine to balance the simple and sublime. Both in my hands and in your home, these pieces embody a constant renewal of inspiration.
When we welcome art into our daily lives, the humblest object can elevate the spirit and soothe the clang of the modern world. Sharing our space with aesthetic beauty is an everyday gift to the self. It connects us with the whole of life in even the smallest of moments. That’s why I make sculpture and why I make sinks. And, I hope, why you will choose one of them for the place your small moments happen.
Bonita Goodberg is an award-winning ceramic artist who has exhibited her work in museums, galleries and juried art shows across the United States. She studied ceramics at Wesleyan University in Connecticut and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
